Returns & Exchange Policy

At Minor Boutique Limited Liability Company, we strive to provide high-quality fashion and excellent service. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

🚫 Final Sale Items – No Returns, No Exchanges

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged—NO EXCEPTIONS. Sale items include:
Online Exclusives
Markdowns
Promotional and Sale Purchases
Purchases made with a promotional code (entered manually or automatically applied)

Once an order is placed using a promotional or sale code, it is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

🚨 Order Cancellations & Shipping Refunds

  • We DO NOT cancel orders once they are placed. Please refer to our [Order Cancellation Policy] .

  • We DO NOT refund shipping costs once an order has been processed. Orders cannot be combined to refund shipping fees.

📌 Promotional Code Purchases

  • All promo codes must be entered at checkout—we cannot retroactively apply discounts to your order.

  • If a promo code is not working, please email or call us before placing your order so we can assist.

📦 Clothing Returns & Store Credit Policy

  • Clothing may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a store credit only—NO REFUNDS.

  • Store credits do not expire and can be applied to any future purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original condition.

  • All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). To request an RMA, email sales@minorboutique.com with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return.

  • The RMA is valid for 14 days—returns received after this period will not be accepted.

  • Returns without an RMA will be refused.

  • Klarna customers ONLY store credit does not apply. 

⚠️ RMA Credit Codes & Exchanges

  • RMA store credit codes CANNOT be combined with other promotional codes.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges—all returns will be issued as store credit to use toward a new purchase.

📌 Klarna Customers

  • If you paid via Klarna, your installments will continue as scheduled.

  • Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued.

  • Cannot use if you live in Puerto Rico
  • Returns are only accepted if unopened and unused 

📦 Return Shipping Responsibility & Restocking Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be free of defects, unworn, and in original condition. We reserve the right to deny returns if signs of wear or damage are found.

  • Refused shipments or returns without an RMA will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping costs.

  • Note: Klarna's customers do not pay restocking fee

⏳ Pre-Orders

  • All pre-order dates are estimated shipping dates and may be delayed 1-3 weeks due to vendor shipping schedules.

  • If a pre-order exceeds the ETA by more than 2 weeks, we will provide an email update.

  • Customers may choose to cancel their pre-order for a store credit to use toward another purchase.

  • Note: Klarna cannot be used on pre-orders
